Responsibilities
Design Excellence: Lead the development of traffic signal and electrical designs that enhance road safety and efficiency
Cutting-Edge Analysis: Conduct intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software
Safety First: Perform crash and Highway Safety Manual analyses to promote safer travel
Strategic Planning: Develop conceptual construction staging alternatives and traffic control plans that keep projects moving smoothly
Client Collaboration: Provide staffing augmentation services and support to State and Municipal clients, ensuring project goals are met
Business Development: Assist in writing proposals and contribute to our growth by bringing new opportunities and innovative ideas to the table
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
A VALID PE license
10+ years of experience in traffic engineering
Strong background in Signal Design
Experience leading/managing a team and projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in traffic analysis
Ability to produce professional deliverables adhering to client standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
