Responsibilities
Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the Technology ecosystem, including software, tech-enabled services, internet & digital platforms, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies
Run end-to-end deal processes, managing modelling, valuation workstreams, drafting key marketing materials (CIMs, teasers, management presentations), and overseeing data room and diligence coordination
Act as day-to-day client lead, engaging directly with founders, CFOs, corporate development teams, and private equity sponsors
Drive origination initiatives, supporting sector coverage by developing thematic insights, identifying actionable targets, and preparing pitch materials
Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality technical output across models, materials, and process execution
Contribute to client relationship development, partnering with senior bankers to broaden the firm’s sponsor and corporate relationships across the tech landscape
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of investment banking experience, ideally with significant exposure to Technology M&A; broader sector experience acceptable with strong deal execution
A proven track record leading sell-side and buy-side M&A processes, including complex software / tech-enabled services transactions
Outstanding financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently own workstreams
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to run lean teams and coordinate cross-functional advisors
A collaborative, commercially driven mindset with interest in joining a high-growth Technology M&A platform
