Intermediate Business Sys Analyst - Supply Chain Store Replenishment
Publix Super Markets, Inc. is the largest employee-owned company in the U.S. and is looking for an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst to join their Supply Chain Store Replenishment team. The role involves facilitating product development, gathering requirements, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders while supporting the design and implementation of store replenishment applications.

Responsibilities
Serve as product champion for complex products, facilitating overall team collaboration and product deliverables, conveying product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and communicating with product leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to document business and system requirements (i.e., security, capacity, regulatory, scalability, reliability, recovery, and audit), user stories, and refine product backlog for complex technology solutions under less specific guidance; ensure work performed is in line with business strategy
Develop and document business acceptance criteria, perform UAT as required, and validate acceptance criteria has been met
Serve as an application expert on Supply Chain Store Replenishment solutions
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment on all various initiatives
Communicate effectively with team members, other technology resources, business areas, and upper management both verbally and in writing
Recognize and examine risks and issues, take appropriate corrective actions, define mitigations
Ensuring adherence to processes that enable project delivery, such as system access, information protection, hardware/software procurement, and vendor engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in system analysis
3+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
Experience with SQL (i.e., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Experience working with stakeholders/business users directly
Experience working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
5+ years of business systems analysis experience
5+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile Scrum framework and its application in product design, development, and delivery utilizing Azure DevOps
Knowledge and experience working with supply chain concepts, terminology, and systems
Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical
