Responsibilities
Lead engagements for a diverse portfolio of business entities
Overseeing the preparation and review of partnership, S-corporation, and C-corporation returns, including complex and multi-state filings
Serve as a key advisor to clients, providing guidance on entity-level tax compliance, planning, and operational matters
Play an active role in tax planning and advisory
Lead projects involving entity structuring, transactional support, and process optimization
Manage and mentor senior and junior staff
Review workpapers
Collaborate closely with partners
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery across engagements
Qualification
Required
6+ years of public accounting experience, with strong entities tax exposure
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
Proven experience reviewing complex business returns
Familiarity with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, or similar systems
A confident, client-facing leader who enjoys mentoring and building teams
