Responsibilities
Install and configure Dalet products according to projects specifications
Communicate with DALET R&D teams to ensure projects workflows and defects are well understood
Report internally on the progress of the project delivery
Negotiate technical priorities and deadlines with customers
Investigate and report technical issues, define and implement workaround solutions
Deploy and test fixes provided by Dalet R&D
Maintain a full and professional technical documentation (Installation worksheet, Configuration Plan...)
Maintain technical information up to date in the Project Database
Manage day-to-day activities for a team of technical resources
Assist the solution architect into the solution design and system specifications sessions with customers
Write and execute test scripts
Contribute proactively to continuous processes improvements
Escalate the most impacting issues in a timely manner to your manager and other departments as needed
Take ownership and ensure leadership of all aspects (technical and managerial) of your projects
Drive the project delivery and manage your project team
Provide regular project status to customers and to the head of projects, including but not limited to: project plan, progress report, action lists, risk matrix, milestones acceptance
Identify, anticipate, and escalate risks
Control projects' scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure clear internal reporting
Plan and secure projects revenue
Negotiate milestones acceptance with customers, and ensure Dalet can recognize revenue in the best possible timeframe
Elaborate Project Plan, UAT document, and other typical deliverables required for each project
Ensure efficient decision-making within your scope of responsibility, always protecting Dalet's best interests and brand. Ensure escalation when required
Drive the different handovers between the project team and other Dalet teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in installing and configuring technology products
Strong communication skills to liaise with R&D teams and customers
Ability to report on project delivery progress
Negotiation skills for technical priorities and deadlines
Experience in investigating and reporting technical issues
Ability to deploy and test fixes provided by R&D
Experience in maintaining technical documentation
Ability to manage day-to-day activities for a team of technical resources
Experience in assisting solution architects in design and specifications sessions
Ability to write and execute test scripts
Proactive approach to continuous process improvements
Ability to escalate issues in a timely manner
Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects
Ability to take ownership and lead all aspects of projects
Experience in driving project delivery and managing project teams
Ability to provide regular project status updates
Experience in identifying, anticipating, and escalating risks
Ability to control project scope, schedule, and costs
Experience in planning and securing project revenue
Negotiation skills for milestones acceptance with customers
Ability to elaborate project plans and typical deliverables
Experience in ensuring efficient decision-making within project scope
Ability to drive handovers between project teams and other departments
