Leading and developing a team of Project Managers

Overseeing delivery of multiple concurrent client projects

Driving consistent project execution using formal methodologies

Managing budgets, forecasts, and project financial performance

Serving as a senior client-facing escalation point

Implementing standardized processes, tools, and metrics

Ensuring high client satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Required

10+ years of project/program management experience; 5+ years in leadership

Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or technical onboarding projects is a strong plus
