Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads, creating sales-ready opportunities
Run creative, multi-channel outreach campaigns
Map target accounts and build relationships with decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Continuously learn, experiment, and iterate to improve results
Qualification
Required
Early-career BDR/SaaS outbound experience (or clear sales aptitude)
Strong written & verbal comms; comfortable on the phone
Creative, curious, and proactive in breaking through to prospects
Resilient and self-motivated with a team-first mindset
