Responsibilities

Monitoring event coordination progress, keeping everything on track and on schedule

Managing day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks to support successful event operations

Planning and coordinating event promotion and communications, collaborating with team members to amplify our message

Handling registrations and maintaining event documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders

Implementing the marketing strategy for events, aligning our efforts with broader business objectives

Providing on-site support and ensuring smooth event execution

Required

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a similar field

A minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats

An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done

A strong sense of responsibility when taking on new projects
