Responsibilities
Support the management team by coordinating special projects, including document reviews, procedure formatting, and data collection for service-level agreements
Audit and validate program data to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards
Create detailed reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
Develop and enhance presentations for internal and external use with Microsoft PowerPoint
Follow established workflows and procedures across multiple operational functions
Prepare and organize electronic files and documents as needed
Conduct research and perform data analysis to support various initiatives
Assist with First Front Door applications and disbursements for first-time homebuyer assistance
Perform administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and ordering office supplies
Maintain breakroom supplies and support facilities operations, including access badge issuance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with banking compliance and credit analysis processes
Experience in document review and operational audits
Ability to collect and analyze data for project and content audits
Knowledge of homebuyer assistance programs, such as HAFA
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for creating presentations and coordinating projects
Preferred
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
