Responsibilities
Set up the playbooks, templates, and processes that keep projects running smoothly
Track what's happening across all major projects and flag problems
Run weekly project reviews with leadership and tell them what's actually going on (the good and the bad)
Decide which projects get priority and which ones need to wait when resources are tight
Coach project managers and team leads on how to run better projects
Build dashboards that show executives real progress, not just pretty slides
Step in to unblock stuck projects and get teams moving again
Fix broken processes when you see the same issues happening over and over
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
3-5+ years of experience in project/programme management or PMO leadership roles
Experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
