Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Manages sales pipeline including developing new Customers while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers
Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand our Customer base
Provides competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products
Forecasts project timelines, budgets, risks, and competition within a rapidly changing market, including date of delivery to Customers based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules
Review the best monitoring sales report with management monthly to determine if goals and objectives are being met
Qualification
Required
Successful track record in Sales, with a preferred background in Industrial Heat Treating Equipment or similar
Strong software and PC skills, notably: Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
High degree of technical aptitude; ability to read and understand schematics
English fluent; Spanish and/or French speaking would be considered an advantage
A valid Passport, Driver's License and good driving record are required
