Co-Founder (Business / Go-To-Market)
Kode Zero is an early-stage SaaS company seeking a business-oriented co-founder to help build the company from the ground up. The role involves customer discovery, shaping go-to-market strategy, and developing partnerships, while working closely with the technical and product development lead.

Responsibilities
Leading customer discovery: identifying target users, running interviews, and validating real problems
Shaping go-to-market strategy from first principles (who to sell to, why, and how)
Developing early partnerships, pilots, or design-partner relationships
Helping define positioning, pricing, and business model as the product takes shape
Acting as a thought partner on product direction and company strategy
Doing hands-on work early (outreach, calls, writing, iteration) rather than managing from a distance
Qualification
Required
Strong business development and networking ability; comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from scratch
Experience validating or driving product–market fit through direct customer interaction
Sound judgment and the ability to reason clearly in uncertain, early-stage environments
Comfort taking ownership and making decisions without complete information
Long-term mindset and interest in building a company, not just shipping a feature
Preferred
Backgrounds that may fit well include early-stage founders, operators, or business-minded builders with experience in SaaS, healthcare, gaming, fintech, or adjacent regulated or technical domains
