Responsibilities
Lead structural design for building projects using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
Serve as Senior Project Manager on multiple projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
Manage projects from concept through construction administration
Perform, review, and stamp structural calculations, reports, and drawings
Conduct forensic engineering investigations, including site visits, failure analysis, and damage assessments
Prepare technical reports for insurance claims, litigation support, and expert testimony (as needed)
Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, attorneys, and other consultants
Mentor and oversee junior engineers and project teams
Participate in client development, proposals, and strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
PE license required
8+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience with forensic investigations and report writing
Strong background in building design and project management
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
