Manage and mentor our expanded marketing team (DevRel, AR, PMM) while staying 'T-shaped'
Own our relationship with firms like Gartner and ensure Kilo is top-of-mind for enterprise buyers

Required

Deep Technical Acumen: You understand the SDLC, AI tokenomics, and the dev-tool landscape. You can write for an audience that hates being 'marketed to.'

Analytical Rigor: You make decisions based on data, but you have the instinct to move fast even when the data is imperfect
Unconventional Thinking: You prefer 'spicy,' authentic tactics over boring, safe corporate playbooks
Communication: Exceptional clarity in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
Location: Remote (Strong preference for ET, CT, or Western Europe time zones)
