Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish
Assist clients with payments, basic policy questions, and service requests
Perform accurate data entry in agency management systems
Organize digital and physical client files
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
Process endorsements, ID cards, and routine service tasks
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the agency
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience working in a Property & Casualty insurance agency
Familiarity with Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial insurance
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Retail Insurance Agency office: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Miami, FL 33174 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license (preferred but not Required)
