Provide strategic and operational leadership for a team of Technical Program Managers driving large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives
Set the vision and establish delivery frameworks for the team
Ensure the team is equipped to execute high-priority programs with precision and speed
Influence cross-functional decision-making and engage at the executive level with internal and external stakeholders
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and budgets
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technical program management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in managing large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team
Experience in influencing cross-functional decision-making
Ability to engage at the executive level with internal and external stakeholders
Strong focus on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Strategic foresight to anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and budgets
