Publisher Partnerships Manager
Mercurius Media Capital (MMC) is seeking an experienced Publisher Partnerships professional to expand its network among top publishers and digital media platforms. The role involves relationship management, business development, and market engagement, focusing on building partnerships and supporting media-for-equity transactions.

Responsibilities
Media Partner Development: Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision-makers (C-level Executives, Corporate Development, and Sales/Partnerships teams) at media companies — including publishers, digital platforms, broadcasters, and outdoor networks
Market Outreach: Represent MMC at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise visibility and source new media partners
Business Development: Support the Head of IR in developing new media-for-equity partnerships and structuring deal frameworks with potential media investors
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing media partners; coordinate regular communication, updates, and collaboration opportunities
Research & Insights: Track media industry trends, M&A, and evolving advertising/partnership models to inform MMC’s outreach strategy
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with MMC’s investment, communications, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and execution of agreements
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in media partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances — ideally with exposure to media owners, broadcasters, or publishers
Strong understanding of media ecosystem dynamics (digital, broadcast, CTV, OOH, etc.) and comfort engaging with senior leaders in those organizations
Strong presentation and storytelling skills: Able to craft compelling pitch decks and partnership narratives that communicate MMC's value proposition clearly to media partners and investors
Charismatic communicator who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys market-facing interactions, and has a strong professional network
Ability to understand deal structures, commercial terms, and partnership value creation
Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven. Should be comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and representing MMC externally
Up to 15% travel
