Soni is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to own and evolve their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This role provides technical leadership across a complex, cloud-hosted web ecosystem and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of AEM solutions
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability across a complex web platform
Drive cloud integration and optimization (Azure preferred or AEM as a Cloud Service)
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to engineers
Collaborate with designers, content authors, and developers to deliver modern web experiences
Influence platform architecture to maximize AEM capabilities and business value
Stay current with AEM and cloud advancements and apply continuous improvements

Adobe Experience ManagerCloud integrationAzureAEM Developer certificationAgile developmentProblem-solvingCommunicationCollaboration

Required

5+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development and support
10+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience
Adobe Experience Manager Developer (Sites) certification
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise web platforms
Strong AEM development skills (components, templates, workflows, integrations)
Public cloud experience (Azure preferred or AEM as a Cloud Service)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred

Deep expertise in Azure services or AEM as a Cloud Service
Experience working in Agile development environments
Additional Adobe or cloud certifications
