Responsibilities

Develop and implement residential programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
Supervise, train, and mentor residential staff, providing guidance and support
Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities
Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for residents
Advocate for the needs and rights of residents, promoting a person-centered approach
Oversee budgetary aspects of residential programs, including expenses, resource allocation, and financial reporting
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of services
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Develop and implement crisis intervention and response protocols
Provide guidance to staff in managing challenging situations and emergencies
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, service providers, and relevant agencies
Promote community integration initiatives for program participants

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.) required
Certification as a QIDP or eligibility for QIDP certification
Previous experience in program management, preferably in a residential or similar setting
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for residential programs
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
