Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing of bridge and transportation structures
Support delivery of projects for state DOTs and local government clients
Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and calculations
Collaborate with senior bridge engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
Participate in meetings with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
Contribute to project documentation and reporting throughout the design lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (structural concentration preferred)
PE license required (or ability to obtain)
7–15+ years of bridge design experience
Proficiency with structural software and design platforms (e.g., MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, AASHTOWare, AutoCAD, MathCAD)
Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steel design
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
Experience working on DOT and local government projects strongly preferred
