Responsibilities

Manage and oversee MEP electrical projects, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and subcontractors
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing MEP electrical projects in commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
Proven project management skills with experience using software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

PMP certification or PE (Electrical) license is a plus
