Brand Manager
House of Colour® USA is the leading personal styling franchise in the world, and they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to execute their global brand strategy across key local markets. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure brand alignment and delivering impactful brand initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of House of Colour’s global brand strategy across UK, US, Canadian and RoW markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams such as Sales, Supply, Finance, Training, Franchise Relations, and more to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints
Project manage local brand initiatives (e.g. print materials, cosmetics launches, digital marketing campaigns, etc) with precision and creativity
Support the development of new brand programmes and assets tailored to local needs while maintaining global standards and using global assets
Develop and implement scalable processes that improve brand delivery and consistency across markets
Partner with internal and external teams, including Global Brand, Content Management, Sales, and third-party suppliers and partners, to deliver impactful brand initiatives
Monitor and measure brand performance across local markets, using insights to refine and improve future initiatives
Champion the voice of the global marketing team within local markets, to ensure every interaction reflects our values and aesthetic
Apply strong creative skills in copywriting and design, ensuring each execution is as impactful and clear as possible
Potentially manage up to 1 direct line report
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience
Demonstrable experience growing and executing on a wide variety of projects (e.g. creative, technical and process-driven, analytical, etc)
Exceptional organisation skills, with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimal supervision
Have demonstrable experience in finding ever more efficient ways of working with teams
Brilliant at upward management, providing the right balance of detail and headline information to your line manager to keep projects on track
Creative problem-solving when executing the global brand strategy in local markets, while never losing sight of the broader brand strategy
Adept at achieving consistency amongst markets with differing needs; guiding them towards standardised solutions in line with global brand strategy
Proactive and independent always taking the initiative & improve existing programmes, processes an assets
Must have a collaborative style while still being able to focus teams' minds on set goals
Requires high levels of flexibility when working on fast-moving projects that may start, stop, and change direction after initial briefs, due to business needs
Must have the ability to work through ambiguity in order to find answers to critical information that will unlock brilliant results
Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively
Be a passionate advocate for the needs of our clients
A strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
Must show flexibility regarding the content of your role; this role is focused on local brand management, but may cover local, regional or global projects in the future
