New Homes Sales Consultant

Civetta Property Group is dedicated to creating homeownership opportunities for city residents. The New Homes Sales Consultant will guide buyers through the home-buying process, from initial engagement to closing, while driving traffic and educating clients on the Turn the Key Program.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Conduct property showings and actively engage buyers throughout the home-buying process
Build strong rapport with clients and create appropriate urgency to support timely, confident decision-making
Fully qualify leads generated through the company’s marketing efforts and events
Own the effort of driving traffic and demand through personalized marketing and sales outreach
You will actively engage prospects, distribute compelling content, and build awareness for Civetta, directly contributing to lead generation
Educate buyers on Civetta’s Turn the Key program, including process details and benefits
Finalize sales agreements based on established pricing
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact through closing
Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, sales activity, and transaction status in Pipedrive CRM
Assist with converting leads during company events and ensure every buyer receives consistent, high-quality service
Stay current on market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize results
Maintain a clear understanding of property inventory and sales priorities
Actively engage in the community to develop new business and educate the community on Civetta’s mission
Support fellow sales team members and consistently uphold company core values

Required

Proven success selling residential real estate or high-end residential services in a competitive marketplace
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity
Experience closing residential real estate transactions; mortgage lending experience is a plus
Strong buyer qualification and consultative sales skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment while leading by example
Motivated by community impact as well as financial success
No real estate license required
Background check required
