Lead Product Designer — Tier 1 Financial Institution (New York (hybrid) , Contract)
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join a Tier 1 financial institution in New York on a 6–12 month contract

Qualification
Required
10+ years of Product Design experience (UI & UX), with proven success leading complex projects
Financial services or fintech experience, either in-house or through an agency/consultancy
Experience mentoring and leading junior designers
Expertise in Figma, Miro, and modern design workflows
Strong understanding of Design Systems
MUST be able to work in New York

Preferred
Service Design experience is a plus
Designing for AI also a plus
