ServiceNow SPM Developer
Alldus is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support a Strategic Portfolio Management implementation project. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with clients to understand their business goals.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical lead on a ServiceNow SPM implementation project
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, and deliver solution demos
Configure and customize SPM modules, including Project, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Management
Develop custom scripts, business rules, and UI policies to meet specific project needs
Collaborate with architects, developers, and PMs to ensure technical excellence
Ensure platform best practices, scalability, and maintainability in all development work
Support testing, training, and go-live activities as needed
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (Mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM) (Mandatory)
2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
Proven expertise in the SPM suite (formerly ITBM), including Demand, Project, and Resource modules
Strong client-facing experience: ability to lead discussions, workshops, and provide consultative insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in Agile Development or SAFe environments
Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.)
Prior consulting or professional services experience
