Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and capital allocation plan
Lead expansion across project development, asset acquisitions, partnerships, and new markets
Position the company as a credible, bankable RNG platform with investors, lenders, and strategic partners
Oversee development, construction, commissioning, and operation of RNG assets
Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across all facilities
Drive continuous improvement in plant performance, uptime, and margin optimization
Lead commercialization strategy including offtake agreements, gas marketing, and environmental attributes
Build and manage strategic relationships with utilities, energy buyers, feedstock suppliers, and regulators
Navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms across relevant jurisdictions
Maintain full P&L responsibility and financial governance
Lead fundraising activities including equity, project finance, and structured debt
Work closely with the Board to deliver value creation, disciplined growth, and risk management
Build, lead, and retain a high-performing executive and leadership team
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and execution excellence
Ensure the organization scales effectively as the asset base and workforce grow
Qualification
Required
Senior executive experience (CEO, President, Managing Director, or equivalent) within RNG, biogas, renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or energy transition sectors
Demonstrated success scaling project-based or asset-heavy businesses
Strong understanding of RNG economics, project development, EPC, O&M, and commercialization
Proven experience working with Boards, private equity, infrastructure funds, or strategic investors
Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder organizations through growth phases
Commercially astute, financially literate, and operationally credible
Values-driven leader with a strong commitment to safety and sustainability
