Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project managers, supervisors, and field employees

Plan, coordinate, and oversee field staff for construction projects and service calls

Partner with HR on recruiting, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities

Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and employment practices

Ensure full compliance with the NEC , state/local codes, and OSHA/MSHA standards

Develop customer bid proposals and review specifications

Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets
