Responsibilities

Unlock Your Sales Potential: As a Sales Consultant, you'll leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations

You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch

You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions

We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs

Required

Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants

Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Ability to reset the showroom floor

Ability to assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles

Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions

Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system

A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs

Preferred

Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
