Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute control-oriented private equity investments across a broad range of industries
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
Support all aspects of the deal process including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and execution
Work closely with management teams and advisors throughout transactions
Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives post-investment
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of total experience, ideally with a traditional 2+2 background
1-3 years of sell-side M&A investment banking experience
2+ years of private equity investing experience
Strong experience with control buyouts and full-cycle deal execution
Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on investment environment
Willing and able to relocate to Dallas, TX
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
