Responsibilities
Establish, enhance, and maintain the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework to ensure effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of third-party risks
Update and maintain third-party risk management policies, procedures, and standards
Develop and execute the annual TPRM work plan, including review and challenge of risk identification, risk assessments, control design, and testing activities
Apply a consistent control risk-rating methodology aligned with the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF)
Conduct periodic enterprise-wide third-party risk assessments
Perform second line of defense oversight of third-party risk management lifecycle activities, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and termination
Assess, monitor, and track third-party risk activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of centralized third-party documentation and inventories across the bank
Support new product management risk assessments from a third-party risk perspective
Assist with quarterly RCSA reviews, providing expertise related to third-party risk
Prepare aggregated third-party risk reporting for senior management and relevant governance committees
Qualification
Required
