Franchise / Business Development Specialist – D Burrito
Galaxy Hotels Group is seeking a Franchise & Business Development Specialist for their fast-growing QSR brand, D Burrito. The role involves leading franchise sales and building successful franchise partnerships across North Texas.

Responsibilities
Sell D Burrito franchise opportunities to qualified investors
Present the brand, investment model, and territory potential
Manage the franchise sales pipeline from initial lead to signed agreement
Coordinate with operations, legal, and finance teams during onboarding
Ensure FDD disclosure and FTC compliance at all stages
Support multi-unit and area development agreements
Build trusted, long-term relationships with franchise partners
Qualification
Required
3+ years in franchise development, QSR sales, or business development
Strong working knowledge of FDD & FTC franchise regulations
Proven track record of closing franchise or high-value B2B deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investor-facing skills
Target-driven, ethical, and performance-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience closing multi-unit or area development deals
Existing franchisee or investor network
QSR or fast-casual restaurant background
