Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for municipal projects
Strategize, scope, and budget projects; manage schedules and budgets
Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants
Prepare proposals and attend public meetings
Evaluate staff performance and establish QA/QC procedures to ensure technical excellence

Required

4+ years' relevant experience
Exceptional business and client service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Collaborative, self-starting attitude
Experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management for municipal infrastructure

Preferred

Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer
BS in Civil Engineering
