Responsibilities
Support a Mercor Project Lead by coordinating day-to-day project operations and managing workflows
Engage expert contributors and manage community interactions
Host office hours and develop Q&A documentation once projects reach a steady state
Distribute project metrics emails, issue reminders or warnings, and nudge experts as needed
Respond to support tickets and conduct 1:1 expert follow-ups
Perform first-round data quality assurance in collaboration with lead reviewers
Maintain quality control standards and ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or community coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills with structured, skimmable messaging
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
Structured approach to documentation, workflows, and quality control
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setup
Preferred
Experience with data annotation, especially rubric-based evaluation
