Responsibilities

Outbound Strategy & Execution
Research, identify, and engage ideal customer profiles (IT, Security, Zero Trust, Digital Workplace leaders) across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Own outreach end-to-end
Messaging & Positioning
Help refine outbound messaging around Secure Digital Workplace, Zero Trust, Enterprise Browser, and AI Edge use cases to improve response rates and resonance
Pipeline Generation
Consistently source, qualify, and generate top-of-funnel opportunities for the founders
Customer Discovery
Engage prospects to understand security, access, and productivity challenges, and map them to Netzilo’s value proposition
CRM & Process Discipline
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM and help establish early sales processes
Experimentation & Learning
Test new cadences, personas, verticals, and messaging. Share insights and data to improve outbound effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders, product, and marketing to provide market feedback, prospect insights, and GTM input
Founding-Team Mindset
Contribute ideas beyond your lane, help shape the early sales culture, and wear multiple hats as needed

Required

1+ year experience in a BDR/SDR or sales-related role in a SaaS company (internship experience counts)
Highly creative and resourceful — willing to do whatever it takes (ethically) to book meetings with the right ICP
Excited by the idea of being an early / first BDR hire and helping shape the foundation of the function
Strong communicator — persuasive, clear, and confident in both written and verbal outreach
Curious, coachable, and feedback-driven
Data-oriented, but comfortable experimenting and iterating
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving messy, real-world problems
Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Preferred

Interest or exposure to cybersecurity, Zero Trust, enterprise IT, networking, or SaaS
Familiarity with outbound and research tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Prior experience working with startup founders or early-stage teams
