Create structured deliverables based on common customer service requests and workflows
Apply customer support expertise to diagnose and solve real-world service challenges for AI research
Review and refine peer-developed deliverables to improve AI accuracy, tone, and effectiveness
Translate customer interaction scenarios, escalation handling, and best practices into clear, AI-readable formats
Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
Qualification
Required
Strong professional background in customer service or support roles
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
Ability to structure customer-facing knowledge for both human users and AI systems
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup
