Design and deliver complex, scalable solutions

Drive technical decisions and act as a go-to expert in their domain

Solve intricate challenges and balance short- and long-term priorities

Collaborate closely with team members, providing feedback and shaping priorities with Technical Lead and Product Manager

Raise the team's technical standards through code reviews and effective communication

Advocate for engineering best practices and ensure the delivery of reliable, customer-focused solutions

Take full ownership of large, high-impact projects
