Translate project management domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria
Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day project management workflows
Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility
Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflows can be operationalized within agent-based systems
Identify opportunities where AI systems can augment or replicate expert project management decision-making
Contribute structured human expertise that supports the development of next-generation AI systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Project Management
Strong ability to explain complex processes in a clear, step-by-step, structured manner
Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
Interest in applying professional expertise to cutting-edge AI research and development
Preferred
Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus
