Responsibilities
Review and audit Mandarin-language AI outputs, including translations, summaries, Q&A responses, and reasoning tasks
Evaluate content using structured rubrics (8–10 criteria) focused on clarity, correctness, fluency, and consistency
Check translation accuracy between Mandarin and English, ensuring semantic fidelity and natural phrasing
Identify linguistic issues in grammar, spelling, tone, register, and cultural nuance
Assess logical reasoning in Mandarin-language explanations and identify gaps or inconsistencies
Provide clear, concise written feedback to justify evaluation decisions
Work independently and asynchronously using defined tools and workflows
Qualification
Required
Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin
Strong English reading and writing skills
Experience in Mandarin–English translation, proofreading, linguistic QA, annotation, or text evaluation
High attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines
Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role
