Responsibilities
Red-team conversational AI models using adversarial techniques such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
Apply structured methodologies, including taxonomies, benchmarks, and testing playbooks, to ensure consistent evaluation
Document findings reproducibly through reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act upon
Review and evaluate AI outputs related to sensitive topics (e.g., bias, misinformation, harmful behaviors) following clear safety and wellness guidelines
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in English and German
Prior experience in red teaming, adversarial AI work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Strong adversarial mindset with the ability to push systems to failure points
Structured approach to testing using frameworks or benchmarks rather than ad-hoc probing
Excellent communication skills to explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and adapt across multiple projects and customers
