Responsibilities

Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail

Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

May coach and review the work of other team members

Support strategic GTM initiatives through ad hoc analysis, modeling, and scenario planning

Builds, documents, analyzes, and communicates product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and reports to various leaders throughout the organization

Designs and builds various reports and reporting dashboards

Ensures data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs

Ensures reports are fulfilling user requirements, efficiently designed, and easy to support and maintain

Defines recommended changes to existing reporting environments in alignment with current business needs and direction

Translates complex data into digestible reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Analyzes reporting and analysis requirements, documents existing processes, and recommends solutions

Required

Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

Advanced knowledge of applicable work area

Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)

Strong knowledge of SQL, and other reporting design tools

Strong ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong knowledge of relational databases and data processing concepts

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience

Experience supporting GTM organization in an analyst capacity

4+ years of relevant experience

Preferred

Degree in Business, Finance or Business Analytics
