Responsibilities

Generate Qualified Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) in collaboration with 2-4 Field Account Executives
Execute Targeted Campaigns: Uncover prospect needs and platform fit, scheduling discovery calls and demos
Prospect Research: Build and maintain targeted lists of key accounts and contacts
Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads from demos, events, and marketing initiatives
Meeting Coordination: Schedule high-quality platform demonstrations for the sales team
Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards

Required

Driven & Curious: Passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong Communication: Excellent qualifying, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Local Presence: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX, and work on-site/hybrid

Preferred

Sales/Customer Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles or sales teams (e.g., Sales Development Representative, SDR, automotive, retail, real estate)
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of technology and the cybersecurity industry
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools (e.g., Outreach), contact databases (e.g., ZoomInfo), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
