Responsibilities
Red-team conversational AI models and agents using adversarial techniques such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
Apply structured methodologies, including taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks, to ensure consistent and reproducible testing
Document findings through reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can directly act upon
Review and evaluate AI outputs involving sensitive topics (e.g., bias, misinformation, harmful behaviors) in alignment with clear safety and wellness guidelines
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in English and Italian
Prior experience in red teaming, adversarial AI work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Strong adversarial mindset with the ability to push systems to their breaking points
Structured approach to testing using established frameworks or benchmarks rather than ad-hoc probing
Clear communication skills to explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and adapt across multiple projects and customers
