Responsibilities
Review and validate AI-generated prompts and responses used to train AI tutors for computer science education
Assess prompts for technical accuracy, clarity, difficulty, and pedagogical value across core CS topics
Rewrite or refine responses in a clear, step-by-step, tutor-style format to improve learner understanding
Tag prompts with structured metadata such as topic area, difficulty level, and programming language
Run and verify code snippets, algorithm traces, and data structure operations for correctness and performance
Identify logical, syntactic, or conceptual issues and propose concrete improvements
Evaluate real-world-inspired scenarios (e.g., database optimization, OS memory management, graph algorithms) for relevance and rigor
Cross-check content against authoritative sources (e.g., standard CS textbooks and official documentation)
Provide well-organized, constructive feedback aligned with undergraduate-level CS learning outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
Strong expertise in core CS domains including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, theory of computation, and software design
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
Strong years of experience in software engineering, computer science research, or teaching
Strong analytical and debugging skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to explain complex CS concepts clearly in an educational, student-friendly manner
Preferred
Experience with technical or educational writing is a plus
