Responsibilities
Conduct advanced adversarial testing of AI models and agents, including jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and exploit discovery
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks
Apply structured red-teaming methodologies using established taxonomies, benchmarks, and testing playbooks
Produce reproducible artifacts such as reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can directly act on
Support multiple customer projects, ranging from LLM jailbreak testing to socio-technical abuse and misuse analysis
Surface high-impact vulnerabilities that automated testing systems fail to detect
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in AI red-teaming, adversarial AI testing, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Strong adversarial mindset with the ability to systematically push systems to their breaking points
Demonstrated use of structured frameworks, benchmarks, or evaluation methodologies rather than ad-hoc testing
Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High adaptability and comfort moving across multiple projects and customer environments
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based setup
