Responsibilities
Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Build responsive, accessible web applications and sites using modern component-based approaches
Implement contemporary front-end frameworks and integrate APIs into web experiences
Establish and document visual systems including typography, color, spacing, and design components
Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and synthesize UX research findings
Optimize web experiences for performance, SEO, analytics, and conversion through experimentation
Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and maintain basic security and privacy standards
Review and refine AI-generated UI, layouts, and copy; create prompts and playbooks for complex flows
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in web development, product design, or UX/UI
Proficiency with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js or similar frameworks, and CSS-based styling systems
Experience using design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and component-driven development
Familiarity with testing, quality assurance, analytics, and experimentation practices
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote, project-based environment
