Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to support process mining and automation
Develop and maintain Celonis data models for case-centric process analysis
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate process insights into actionable improvements
Implement SQL-based data transformations and Python scripts for automation and data enrichment
Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance across all Celonis-related workflows
Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Celonis capabilities for process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related
5-7 years of data engineering experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Celonis
2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (Process Mining and Execution Management)
Strong proficiency in SQL programming for complex queries and data transformations
Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks
Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and optimize data flows
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business process improvement
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote or hybrid environments
Preferred
Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks
Familiarity with process automation technologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data engineering
Understanding of business process management and KPIs
