Responsibilities

Developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement and automation
Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Create detailed reports on various aspects of operations to help business leaders make informed decisions
Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies
Implementing customer satisfaction strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
Experience with using Microsoft Office, primarily proficiency in using Excel or Access
