Territory Sales Manager
NR Consulting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee and support field agencies across assigned territories. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing General Agents and ensuring compliance with company standards while providing ongoing coaching and business development support.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing coaching, business development support, and guidance to existing agents and recruit new ones to expand agency reach
Monitor agency performance metrics, help resolve complaints or issues, and ensure compliance with insurance operations and company standards
Leverage strong time-management, organizational, and coordination skills to handle multiple agencies, prioritize tasks, and maintain high service levels
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree
~8–10 years of life-insurance administration experience
solid management ability
insurance operations knowledge
excellent communication and customer-service orientation
Preferred
professional credentials (e.g., FIC, FLMI, CLU, Series 65)
