Responsibilities
Interact with new customers and educate them on various new products/services to increase the number of new sales accounts
Maintain relationships with existing customers and help with upgrades and renewal plans
Represent and promote our brands at retail vendors and marketing events
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to address customer questions and concerns
Network and develop future pipeline
Achieve and contribute to individual and team sales quotas and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Awesome communication skills and a personable nature to connect with customers and make them feel valued
Flexible and adaptable attitude
Self-driven and independent but also enjoy teamwork
Confident and able to network with various people
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications is preferred but not mandatory
Previous sales, account management, retail or customer service experience is a plus
customer: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Southfield, MI 48033 (Preferred)
