Responsibilities

Provide project support across Medical Communications, PReP, and Medical Education teams
Assist in organizing and formatting medical communication deliverables such as slide decks, FAQs, and other materials for internal and external use
Help compile and analyze outcomes data from educational activities and prepare summary reports
Explore and pilot AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in medical communications workflows and report on use cases and outcomes
Support working groups, workstream and initiatives with deliverables and other requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues and keep stakeholders informed

Required

Currently pursuing a PharmD or Business degree (graduating Fall 2026 and beyond), with interest in science and / or pharmaceuticals
All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Able to drive decisions and outcomes
Time and priority management capabilities
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are required
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and effectively and enjoys the challenge of working in a complex environment
